Forming Harvesters is an intensive training school designed to equip and release harvesters into the nations. Based on the biblical mandate of Ephesians 4:11-12, our program is not just about winning the lost but about raising up leaders who will multiply laborers, establish Kingdom outposts, and ignite movements of harvest across the world.

This school is for those who carry the fire of the Great Commission—not just as personal evangelists but as equippers of the saints. The Lord is releasing new biblical blueprints for harvest, missions, and Kingdom establishment, calling forth mature disciples who will train, equip, and send. Our training is intensive, immersive, and transformational. It is not a traditional Bible school—it is a preparation ground for those who are ready to be empowered, activated, and sent. Throughout the program, you will be trained in the spiritual, theological, ministerial, and practical aspects of harvest ministry, preparing you to raise up disciples, lead movements, and reap great harvests for Jesus.

Part of our mission is to build and establish networks and communities of leaders across regions and nations who are committed to reaping, discipling, and establishing the Harvest for the Kingdom of God. As a student of Forming Harvesters, you are not just receiving training—you are being grafted into a thriving support community of fellow laborers, including other five-fold leaders—Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Shepherds, and Teachers—who run together in Kingdom relationship. This network of leaders is designed for collaboration, strength, and shared vision, equipping you to fulfill the Lord’s mission and assignments on your life. You will be joining a movement that not only gathers the Harvest but also ensures that souls are discipled, matured, and firmly established in the faith, strengthening the regions and nations where God has called us to labor.

WHO WILL RULE IN THE HARVEST FIELDS? We are now training, equipping, and releasing the next generation of Harvesters and Harvest leaders. There is a divine commissioning upon those who will say, "Here am I, Lord! You will be trained to proclaim the Gospel, minister salvation, healing, and deliverance, and reap the harvest wherever God has placed you!

The Bible is clear of why Jesus gave the five fold leadership gifts and anointing to the church. The role of a fivefold evangelist, as well as the Apostle, Prophet, Shepard, and Teacher, is not just to win the lost but to equip the saints for the work of ministry, as stated in Ephesians 4:11-12. True biblical evangelists don’t only reap the harvest themselves—they train, activate, and release others to do the same. They are called to multiply laborers, raise up and equip harvest leaders, and establish Kingdom-minded disciples who will, in turn, disciple nations. Forming Harvesters exists to fulfill this mandate by training those who are not only passionate about seeing souls saved but are also committed to equipping the Body of Christ for the great work of the harvest.
